FB Partners : The
Principals
Norman Fast has a background as an entrepreneur, investor, and
consultant. He has been a founder, investor and director of a number of
start-up ventures. His consulting has involved managing corporate
development functions including corporate partnering and acquisitions for both
U.S. and international clients. He has also been an advisor to a number
of governments, U.S. and multinational corporations on issues related to
venture capital and private company finance. He was a co-founder of Venture Economics, Inc. and served as its President
from 1983 to 1988. Since 1989, he has been a principal of FB Partners.
Mr. Fast holds a Doctorate from the Harvard Business School, an MBA in Finance
from New York University and a BA in Economics from the University of
Pennsylvania. He is currently serving as CEO of Industrial Video &
Control.
Michael Brennan has provided operations, financial and strategic
advice to clients in a variety of businesses. Prior to forming FB Partners, Mr.
Brennan was a Senior Associate with Devonshire Partners, a management
consulting firm, where he acted in interim management positions at client firms
and was responsible for assisting clients in all phases of corporate
acquisition and divestiture programs. Prior to this, Mr. Brennan managed ocean
engineering programs for Science Applications International Corporation and
designed electronic equipment for the Naval Underwater Systems Center. Mr.
Brennan has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine,
College of Engineering, and an MBA with high honors from Boston University.
He is currently serving as CEO of InterSpec.
